Job Title: Cafe & Restaurant Manager Job Summary The Cafe & Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café/restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food and beverages, efficient staff performance, and profitable business operations. The manager leads the team, maintains standards, controls costs, and ensures a welcoming dining environment. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Manage day-to-day café and restaurant operations Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Basic financial and inventory management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Education & Experience Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred) Minimum 2–5 years of experience in food and beverage management
