This role focuses on executing banking structure changes, maintaining cash pooling frameworks, enhancing regional cash forecasting capabilities, and partnering with business units across EMEA to solve operational challenges and identify value-add opportunities.Working as part of a five-person treasury analyst team (two in Poland, two in India), you'll contribute to operational delivery while serving as a trusted partner to finance teams and business stakeholders across the region.Reports To: Head of Treasury Operations - EMEALocation: LondonKey Responsibilities:Banking Structure & OperationsExecute approved changes to EMEA banking structure and six cash pools in line with regional treasury banking strategySupport implementation of account migrations, pool reconfigurations, and intercompany flow changesEnhance funding and cash repatriation through optimisation of existing cash pool setups and banking structuresOversee bank account administration including openings, closures, signatory updates, and KYC documentationAccount Management & Control FrameworkImplement control processes to ensure complete and accurate static data for all bank accounts and reconciliation against TMS (Kyriba)Proactively identify and resolve failed payments, investigating root causes and coordinating resolutionsReconcile user access within bank portals, ensuring alignment with organisational changes and signatory requirementsReconcile bank accounts with bank statements and ERP systems, identifying and resolving discrepanciesPerform periodic bank account and user audits (quarterly, semi-annually, annually)Cash Forecasting & AnalyticsDevelop and enhance short-term and medium-term cash forecasting capabilities across EMEA utilising AI and TMSAnalyse forecast variances, identify trends, and provide insights to support liquidity planningCollaborate with regional finance teams and technology teams to improve forecast accuracy and expand coverageStakeholder Management & CollaborationServe as trusted partner to EMEA finance teams, country controllers, and business stakeholdersProactively identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in cash and treasury processesProblem-solve operational challenges developing practical solutions that balance business needs with treasury objectivesIdentify and present value-add opportunities such as process optimisations and enhanced cash visibilitySupport business units during organisational changes, acquisitions, or restructuresWork collaboratively with fellow treasury analysts ensuring seamless coverage across time zonesServe as operational contact with regional banking partners for account administration and day-to-day mattersTreasury Systems & TechnologyMaintain and support the Treasury Management System (TMS) including configurations, user access, and data integrityServe as point of contact for TMS troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors and IT teamsManage bank platform user administration, access provisioning, and periodic reviewsIdentify automation opportunities and support implementation of approved solutions and document standard operating proceduresRequired Qualifications:Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldTreasury certification (ACT, CTP, or equivalent) preferredTechnical ExpertisePractical experience with cash pooling operations (physical and notional), cash centralisation, and sweepingExperience in cash forecasting and variance analysisTreasury management system administration experience (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, Reval)Bank platform administration, user management, and payment systems knowledgeERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Familiarity with KYC requirements and automation toolsProfessional Experience3-5 years Treasury operations or cash management experience in a multinational corporate environmentProven business partnering and stakeholder engagement across regional finance teamsTrack record of identifying and implementing process improvementsExperience working in geographically distributed teamsKey CompetenciesStrong relationship-building and consultative skillsProactive, solution-oriented problem-solverExcellent communication skills translating technical concepts for business audiencesDetail-oriented with strong organisational abilitiesCollaborative team player effective across cultures and time zonesAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insightsLanguage SkillsEnglish fluency requiredAdditional European languages advantageousWhat Success Looks LikeSmooth execution of banking structure changes with operational stabilityImproved cash forecasting accuracy and expanded EMEA coverageStrong business partnerships with high stakeholder satisfactionProactive delivery of value-add opportunities improving business outcomesWell-maintained TMS with high availability and effective user supportEfficient bank administration and successful automation deploymentsSeamless collaboration with distributed team and effective knowledge sharingReputation as trusted problem-solver and go-to resource for EMEA business unitsIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
