Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation of complex projects involving both internal and third-party products. This field-based role requires a strong communicator capable of managing and influencing key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop and implement consistent project management methodologies.
* Ensure key milestones, such as floor plans and snagging lists, receive appropriate sign-off.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Support the solution design process and develop value-added proposals for project delivery.
* Oversee project planning from tender award to completion, including timeline management and product ordering.
* Facilitate communication and meetings at customer sites to ensure project progression.
* Act as the escalation point for complex project implementation issues.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Coordinate and oversee internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
* Address critical issues and provide guidance on risks and issues.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies.
* Proficiency in overseeing project planning and execution.
