Assistant Manager Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. You'll lead by example, ensuring an elevated customer experience and a positive store culture.
Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as a role model for brand values and professional conduct
