Our client is seeking an experienced Business Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. The position combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery across multiple marketing channels.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to support business growth.
* Collaborating with product, sales and professional services teams to align marketing strategy.
* Managing campaign planning, execution and performance analysis.
* Leading digital marketing initiatives including website content and outbound campaigns.
* Developing marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures and supporting materials.
* Supporting brand strategy and ensuring consistent brand positioning.
* Managing media planning, budgets and supplier relationships.
* Coordinating events, trade shows and corporate hospitality activities.
* Managing partner and supplier relationships including co‑marketing initiatives.
* Producing campaign reports, KPIs and marketing insights.
* Supporting lead generation and inbound lead management processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree or CIM level and have a minimum of 5 years experience within a marketing or marcomms role, ideally within a B2B environment. They will demonstrate strong experience in campaign planning, digital marketing and event execution, along with the ability to manage agencies and external suppliers effectively. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The successful individual will be commercially aware, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and supporting business growth.
