In this role, you will support our galley teams across the fleet while developing your skills on our ferries. This position has no fixed location; you will have the opportunity to work on all of our Irish Sea vessels.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working across different vessels with varying galley setups, adapting to each ship’s pace, size, and specifications.
2. Maintaining strict standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with maritime and company regulations, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.
3. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, including the safe operation of kitchen equipment.
