About the Role
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable, making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants – the work can range from personal care, moving and handling, to positive behavioural support, while also expanding social networks and connections. Each person we support has different requirements, so your role may include assisting them with various aspects of their daily life and helping them achieve their goals and outcomes.
Enable creates a bespoke team around each individual, and our Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.
