BLW Recruitment are working with a leading flexible workspace provider to recruit an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy business centre.
This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales, operations, and team leadership, ideal for someone commercially driven with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. The role would suit someone who has operational experience within hospitality, or someone who has been a hotel manager and looking to transfer their skills to a role that offers more sociable hours!
The Role
* Manage the daily running of the centre, ensuring high standards across service, presentation, and operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
* Drive occupancy, sales activity, and revenue growth
* Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and convert new business opportunities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a small on-site team
* Oversee maintenance, facilities, and health & safety compliance
* Manage budgets, control costs, and support overall profitability
About You
* Proven experience in a customer-facing management role
* Strong sales and commercial awareness (B2B experience preferred)
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
* High standards of customer service and attention to detail
