This is a high-ownership role with real autonomy. You'll shape the vision, own the roadmap and lead discovery, not support someone else doing it.
What you'll be doing
1. Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD
2. Lead customer discovery and turn insight into shipped improvements that matter
3. Line manage a small team - conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and day-to-day guidance to support their development
4. Work hand-in-hand with engineering to deliver high-quality releases
5. Lead on pricing, packaging and go-to-market decisions for new features
6. Be the credible product voice with customers, in sales conversations and internally
What we're looking for
7. Senior PM or Product Lead experience in B2B SaaS
8. A track record of shaping product vision, not just executing against one
9. Strong discovery instincts and a data-driven approach to outcomes
10. Technically fluent and comfortable influencing without direct authority
11. Thrives in a small, fast-moving team with real ownership
