Deburrer
Location: Surrey (commutable from Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Aldershot)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:00 (flexible start/finish)
We’re working with a well-established precision engineering business operating at the high-end of manufacturing, producing complex, tight-tolerance components used in demanding applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deburrer who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of detail when working on high-value parts.

Deburrer Duties
* Hand deburring and finishing of CNC-machined components
* Removing burrs, sharp edges and machining marks to a high cosmetic standard
* Working to tight tolerances without impacting critical dimensions
* Using hand and power tools (files, stones, scrapers, die grinders, etc.)
* Supporting vibratory / rumbling finishing processes
* Preparing parts for anodising, coating and assembly
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Carrying out final visual and tactile inspections
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in deburring or precision finishing
* Background working with metals such as aluminium, stainless steel or titanium, however experience of working with and deburring copper is essential
* Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset
* Experience working to tight tolerances
* Comfortable working independently in a skilled team environment
* Confident reading engineering drawings
