Role - Maths Teacher
Start Date - September 2025
Location - Medway
Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking dynamic and dedicated Maths teachers to work in secondary schools across Medway. The roles will be full time with a salary of between £31,650 and £49,084 depending on experience.
The role:
1. Plan and deliver effective Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
2. Set high expectations that inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
3. Attend Departmental meetings and parents' evenings when required
4. Create a supporting and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum and lesson plans
Requirements:
6. Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
7. Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
8. Have the ability to differentiate lessons to ensure the needs of all students are met
9. Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
10. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
11. Legal right to work in the UK
