Technology plays a key role in how the business scales, and significant investment continues to go into modernising and expanding the platforms that support fundraising and wider business operations. The role sits within a collaborative technology team responsible for the firm’s CRM landscape. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design, build and enhance systems that underpin client engagement and internal workflows. There’s a healthy mix of greenfield initiatives alongside ongoing enhancements to an existing platform, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the technology evolves while also improving capabilities that teams rely on every day. From a technical perspective, you’ll spend your time building and extending solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Designing scalable components, integrating with wider Azure services and leveraging the Power Platform will form a large part of the role. Solving complex problems, improving performance and contributing to engineering best practices will all be part of the day-to-day. Experience building solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 ecosystem is key, alongside strong development experience with C# and the wider .NET stack. You'll also be well versed in the Power Platform and Azure services.
