Overview
Bayview House are looking for a part time Social Care Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
* To support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting, as required by legislation
* To provide personal care and support to service users
* To work flexibly within the care home setting, and where necessary in other settings, to promote the well-being of service users, and to work towards the maximisation of service users’ abilities
* To support the care team to assist service users to live as independent a life as possible.
