As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in a busy kitchen where your culinary skills and passion for quality food will make a real difference to customers' dining experiences. You'll work alongside the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, ensuring consistent food quality across all service, managing stock control to minimise wastage, and supporting the back-of-house team in delivering exceptional standards.
