We are seeking a results-driven, articulate Telemarketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. Your primary mission is to introduce our SAM Service Management Application to businesses and secure high-quality appointments for demonstrating our application. Unlike traditional "cold calling," this role requires a consultant-led approach. You won't just be reading a script; you’ll be identifying pain points in how businesses manage their service workflows and showing them how SAM can solve them. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects to introduce SAM’s features and benefits. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule online demonstrations or face-to-face meetings for our team. Lead Management: Maintain and update our CRM with accurate data, ensuring a clean pipeline of potential clients. Relationship Building: Navigate past gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers (Operations Managers, IT Directors, Business Owners). Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the SAM application to answer initial questions and handle objections confidently.
