Minimum Requirements:
1. Personal Support Worker Certificate received from an Ontario College of Applied Arts and Technology Program or Accredited PSW Certificate within the past two years, or a graduate of the same program with at least one year of full-time equivalent work experience within the past three years.
2. Current CPR or BCLS certification.
3. Must have reliable transportation for day, evening, and night shifts at all three sites: PECM - Picton, BG - Belleville, and TM - Trenton.
4. Capable of coping with a physically demanding workload. (Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) available to review)
