What You Bring

We seek a proactive hunter to join our expanding Sales Team, with experience in outbound sales, opening new accounts, and engaging prospects daily. High energy and enthusiasm are essential.


Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients by understanding future markets.
* Develop tailored logistic solutions to meet customer needs.
* Promote Rhenus Home Delivery and Warehousing services.
* Meet with potential clients to assess their requirements.
* Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
* Maintain up-to-date CRM reports (Microsoft Dynamics).
* Build and sustain professional networks.
* Collaborate with the commercial team on negotiations and contracts.
* Respond to customer inquiries and prepare sales reports.


Skills Required

* Experience in B2B/B2C industries.
* Proven success in onboarding new clients and lead development.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Outgoing, sociable, confident, resilient, and a multitasker.
* Good listening skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with ambition and determination.
* Ability to achieve results individually and in a team.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
