Role Overview
This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated support within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact to assist and support public-facing teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective support to teams, addressing enquiries and resolving issues related to operational activities.
* Assist in coordinating communication between different departments to promote seamless workflows and accurate information sharing.
* Support the management of schedules, bookings, and administrative tasks necessary to maintain daily functions.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as required, ensuring relevant agreements are maintained and updated.
* Collaborate with colleagues to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service quality.
* Maintain clear and accurate records, reports, and documentation to support efficient management practices.
* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with organisational objectives.
Required Qualifications

* Familiarity with administrative systems and processes related to event coordination or venue support.
