About the Role:
As the After School Room Supervisor, you will lead a small team of Playworkers to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising daily operations and ensuring high-quality childcare.
Leading age-appropriate activities that foster creativity and social interaction.
Communicating effectively with parents and addressing their needs.
Monitoring the quality of care and supporting team members' development.
Key Requirements:
Experience working with children in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check. 🔍
