Primary Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Wigan Area
Tradewind are working with a 'good' primary school in the Tyldesley area, seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting in September. The role involves providing general class support to children, working full-time (8.30am - 4.00pm) in nursery.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and familiarity with the EYFS framework.

* Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
* Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication

* Be aware of your own strengths and areas for development, and willing to listen to, reflect on, and act upon feedback from others
* Be able to work confidently as part of a team and independently

* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment gaps must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
