An industry-leading Investment Management firm based in Central London is looking for a charming and bright Team Assistant to support its highly impressive Legal Team. The team is cohesive, supportive, and hard-working.
This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to progress (in time) down the Legal route. The company prides itself on opportunities for development, training, and progression. All staff are exceptionally well looked after, resulting in low turnover. The role has arisen due to internal promotion.
Role details:
* 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
* Fast-paced and varied, involving:
o Administrative support services to the legal team, including PA duties (diary management, scheduling meetings, organization, couriers, financial admin including invoices and expenses)
o Record management, coordination, and signing of legal documents
o Maintaining electronic systems of directorships and other information for investee companies
o Support to Company Secretary
Qualifications and skills they are looking for:
* Strong administrative experience (Legal or Finance) – experience supporting a legal team or Company Secretary is a bonus, or a keen interest in Legal
* Strong attention to detail
* Tech-savvy
* Excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking and document management
* Hard-working, flexible, and proactive attitude
* Immaculate presentation
* Team player
* Records and information management skills
* Experience in financial services or familiarity with legal jargon is a plus
* Strong academic background
