Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller - German speaking Our client is looking to hire an interim Accounts Receivable Assistant, on a 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Looking to speak with immediately available candidates, who are fluent in German.

* Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
* Job Type:Interim - 6 month contract
* Day rate: £200 per day (Umbrella)
Job overview:Your Role and Responsibilities
* Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
* Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
* Accurately apply incoming payments, including bank transfers and direct debits, to the correct customer accounts.
* Maintain precise and up-to-date records for all accounts receivable transactions.
* Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and account balances promptly and professionally.
* Contribute to the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes.
* Provide support for AR reporting and assist with ad hoc finance-related tasks when needed.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an accounts receivable role or providing general finance support.
* A basic understanding of accounting principles.
* Strong focus on attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.
* NetSuite experience is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
