Warehouse Team Manager Job
As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team of warehouse operatives to work safely and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for ensuring key targets are being achieved and lead by example to drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships.
Other key responsibilities include planning workload and resource effectively with the shift manager, developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability.
You will need to proactively problem solve and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience of leading a team in a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential. What's key is your ability and desire to learn and understand the business and operation quickly.
