The Role: This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Youll be: Speaking with customers on the phone Closing sales on the phone and face-to-face Welcoming customers into the showroom and delivering an exceptional buying experience Building rapport quickly and confidently guiding customers through products Using your sales skills to upsell and maximise opportunities Representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity 75% of this role will be sales over the phone (answering enquiries etc) and 25% will be face-to-face in the showroom. Customer service is at the heart of everything; youll be creating an experience, not just making a sale.
