The Opportunity You will lead and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted people partner. Your role will include: Strategic HR Support Advising MDs, owners and senior leaders on workforce strategy, structure and culture Supporting leadership capability, engagement and retention plans Helping businesses scale effectively through better people practices Operational HR Expertise Employee relations casework Performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances Contracts, policies and compliance Employment law guidance and best practice Growth & Consultancy Spotting opportunities to add value across client accounts Leading HR audits, change projects and restructures Supporting workshops, training and leadership development Helping shape new service lines and consultancy propositions About You We are especially interested in people moving from industry into consultancy.
