Programme Overview
The One Year Management Placement Programme provides interns with real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership development within one of our retail branches. The programme is paid, offers opportunities for promotion, performance bonus, incentives and employee referral rewards.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
* Connect with local business partners to grow networks and develop lasting relationships.
* Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Manage and plan a fleet strategically to drive performance.
* Lead mentoring, training and development of your own team, with opportunities to manage and promote others as you progress.
Qualifications
* Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who are unable to drive.
* No drug or alcohol related offence on the driving record within the last five years is permitted.
* Open to all undergraduate university students irrespective of institution or subjects studied.
