My client who are a nationally recognised fleet management and leasing provider are currently seeking a Compliance Team Leader
Key Responsibilities – Fleet Compliance Team Leader
Ensure achievement against departments KPIs
Act upon performance information provided, coaching and guiding staff members to improve knowledge and skill where required
Provide expertise on transport compliance and management
Chair regular employee performance reviews and annual appraisals, and manage follow up actions
Qualifications & Experience – Fleet Compliance Team Leader
A proven track record in team management with experience managing a large diverse team
Transport compliance experience essential
Demonstrable understanding of key transport compliance- O Licence, PMI, LBT, Tachograph Calibrations etc
A proven track record of dealing with customer care situations
Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level
CPC desirable but not essential
