Job Title\: Business Growth Project Manager Location\: Warton – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary\: From £54,793 What you’ll be doing: Deliver key areas of work as identified by the Head of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and the Head of Regional Campaigns, to support the development, delivery and management of the BAE Systems strategic growth priorities Develop relationships across Line of Business and functions, aligned to growth platforms within the Falconworks portfolio Support the integration of campaign outputs into usual Line of Business / Chief Operating Office business plans Develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners including, Industry, Academia, Local and National Government and funding organisations Represent the team and the business, in both a leading and supporting capacity, at relevant internal and external meetings and events Produce effective engagement and promotional presentation material to meet both internal and external demands Monitor, evaluate and report Campaign impact Be active on a number of projects and work-streams at any given time, working in collaboration with other specialist disciplines and key partners – these will vary in both scale and nature, making the workload extremely interesting Your skills and experiences: Experience of working in a project management capacity in the development and delivery of strategic campaigns and projects Experience of working internally and externally within multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants and stakeholder groups in a range of economic, commercial settings Experience of representing and presenting at external stakeholder events Experience of production and presentation of external briefing material Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
