Job Description
This is a multi-skilled role with an electrical bias working a two-shift pattern. The role is responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and services.
Duties
•React to breakdown situations, carry out fault finding activities and undertake the timely repair of equipment including PLC’s, electric drives, robotics, pneumatics and screwdrivers
•Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities on various plant and machinery
•Report and feedback on breakdown causes, making recommendations on countermeasures
•Support equipment commissioning and installation projects across assembly and moulding factories
•Support the manufacture process of inhouse projects
•Strict adherence to safe working practices and observation of health and safety rules at all times
Required knowledge, skills or experience
•Knowledge of PLC’s and Robots is advantageous but not essential. Relevant training will be provided where applicable
•Educated to ONC (or equivalent) in an engineering related discipline
•Completed an approved multi-skilled apprenticeship
•Basic electrical competencies are required

•06:00 – 14:00
•14:00 – 22:00
•22:00 – 06:00
