Our platform enables organizations to create, manage, and scale intelligent training programs using AI-driven content generation, pathway building, tagging, and enterprise integrations.
We are looking for a seasoned SaaS marketing and branding expert to help us build and execute our go-to-market strategy.
This is not a junior execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, work directly with the CEO, and drive measurable growth.
What We Need
You will act as a fractional marketing lead and growth partner. Your responsibilities will include:
Brand & Positioning
•Develop clear positioning for
•Refine value proposition and messaging for enterprise buyers
•Competitive analysis (LMS + AI training platforms)
•Develop brand voice, narrative, and differentiation strategy
•Help shape website messaging and landing pages
Demand Generation & Lead Growth
•Design and execute B2B lead generation strategy
•Build multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content, email)
•Define ICP and buyer personas (L&D heads, HR, Enterprise CTOs, etc.)
•Develop content strategy (whitepapers, webinars, case studies)
•Create measurable funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, demo conversion)
Demo & Sales Enablement
•Help craft a compelling product demo narrative
•Develop pitch decks and sales messaging
•Create sales collateral
•Improve demo-to-close conversion flow
CEO Advisory
•Consult directly with CEO on brand awareness strategy
•Advise on pricing positioning
•Help define go-to-market roadmap
•Provide structured competitive landscape analysis

Ideal Candidate
You must have:
•5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
•Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product
•Proven demand generation experience
•Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels
•Experience working with founders/CEOs
•Analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics & CAC/LTV thinking)
•Portfolio of past SaaS launches or campaigns
Leverages AI for efficiency.
Bonus:
