Accounts Payable Assistant - 3-Month Temp Role | Milton Keynes | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home)
SAP experience is required. We’re seeking a super-organised, detail-loving Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy Finance team for a 3-month contract.
What You’ll Be Up To
* Zipping through the AP inbox and ensuring queries are cleared daily
* Loading invoices quickly and accurately (high-volume and manual processing)
* Resolving supplier queries and reconciling statements
* Setting up new suppliers
* Auditing expense claims before they’re processed
* Supporting the wider Finance team with ad hoc tasks
What They’re Looking For
* SAP experience – non-negotiable
* Strong Excel skills (formulas and data wrangling)
* AP Ledger experience
* Clear communicator who enjoys teamwork
* Proactive, adaptable and ready to get stuck in
