They’re now looking for an Associate Director who can bring analytical excellence, commercial sharpness, and a passion for turning insight into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead diverse, high-profile ad hoc projects across sectors including retail, FMCG, tech and lifestyle
* Shape proposals and research design to ensure each project delivers real strategic value
* Deliver story led insights that help clients make confident, evidence based business decisions
* Guide clients through a wide range of challenges, from brand innovation and development to communications and concept testing
* Use advanced and creative quantitative techniques such as MaxDiff, conjoint and segmentation to uncover meaningful patterns and priorities
* Get hands on with the thinking, digging deep into consumer behaviour and turning understanding into action
Qualifications
* Deep experience in quantitative ad hoc research, not trackers
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to turn numbers into meaning
* Client facing confidence, comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders
* Some understanding of the UK retail and FMCG landscape
* Ideally, previous experience in a leading strategic insight agency environment (e.g. those with a strong ad hoc or brand consultancy focus)
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in the office at least 3 days a week
