You&x2019;ll work collaboratively with the wider team, contributing to a smooth, efficient process that puts client satisfaction front and centre. The role offers scope to develop your expertise in conveyancing while benefiting from flexible working options and a great office environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to completion Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress Provide clear, practical advice tailored to client needs and circumstances Identify and manage risks and issues as they arise, escalating when necessary Maintain accurate and timely case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and client experience About you The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and detail orientated.
