Commissioning - Live Well These roles will focus on developing support for Learning disabilities, mental health, support for younger adults, working age people and promotion of self-directed support. This area needs to be developed to enable more complex needs people to be supported appropriately. There is an existing transformation project working with operational teams and providers to develop this area that these roles will develop and take forward. We are looking for an experienced commissioning manager who would have a prominent role around developing and maintaining high quality support for older people. You will manage the development of commissioning activity around home care and other community support options in line with the recently published commissioning intentions and market position statements. There is a significant transformation project taking place around Home Care that the role would play a major role in taking forward ahead of a full recommissioning project following the pilot.
