The Role In this role, you will: Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. Oversee a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. Provide clear, expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing. Carry out title investigations, draft and review contracts, and handle Land Registry applications. Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth process. Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of client care. What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. ✅ Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, and remortgages. ✅ Outstanding client care and communication skills — able to make the process straightforward and stress-free for clients. ✅ A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail. ✅ Ambition to develop your career and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
