Band 3 Therapy Support Worker/Assistant Practitioner - Waterlily Online Inpatient Prevention Programme, Lincolnshire
Who are we? The Waterlily Inpatient Prevention Programme is a pioneering online treatment initiative for patients with anorexia nervosa in the East Midlands, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire. The post will be based in Lincolnshire.
What do we do? We deliver an online group programme Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, including educational and therapeutic groups, meal supervision, and community activities such as home cooking and visits to cafes or shops. Some face-to-face work and community support are also involved.
Who’s who? Our team includes clinicians such as OTs, RMNs, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapy Support Workers, dedicated to providing alternative treatments outside inpatient or long-term outpatient care.
Based where? You will be based in Lincolnshire, employed by Leicestershire Partnership Trust, working from the Lincolnshire base, in the community, or remotely. A driving license and ability to travel within Lincolnshire are required.
