Haggerty Jaques is proud to be working with a well-known international law firm that is looking to appoint a Social Housing Finance Lawyer into its specialist finance team. Although the firm has a global footprint, the social housing finance practice is very much rooted in local and regional work, supporting key housing associations, lenders, and institutions across the North.
The Role
You will work on a strong pipeline of social housing finance matters, including:
\t
* Secured and unsecured lending transactions
\t
* Funding arrangements for social housing and development projects
\t
* Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related finance documentation
\t
* Close collaboration with the wider banking, real estate and regeneration teams
\t
* Regular contact with long-standing local clients and regional decision-makers
About You
The team would welcome applications from:

* NQ+ solicitors Lawyers with experience in banking, social housing finance, or real estate finance
\t
* Strong drafting and organisational skills
\t
* A genuine interest in finance work with a social purpose
\t
* A collaborative and commercially minded approach
