This school is seeking to appoint a collaborative and enthusiastic Receptionist Administrator to join as soon as possible. You will be required to work from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday, in this full-time position that begins as soon as possible.

Some of your main responsibilities:
8. Meet and greet visitors/contractors, inputting their details on the system and adhering to the schools safeguarding procedures
9. To provide administrative support to staff and students
10. The management and distribution of internal and external post, facilitating the transfer of intersite post
11. Facilitating deliveries and maintaining an organised and tidy office environment
12. Undertake reception duties including answering telephone, responding to standard queries and enquiries throughout the day and managing the Main School email inbox
13. Inputting information into SIMS, production and collating of student reports
14. Take notes at ad-hoc meetings as required
15. To administer first aid to students and staff as required
16. Administration of meeting room bookings, and liaising with the catering staff as required
17. Preparation of refreshments for visitors, where appropriate, on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team
Core requirements for this role:
18. Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
19. An enhanced DBS on the update service
20. 2 proven relevant references
21. An excellent communicator who is able to relate well to both children and adults alike
22. Efficient, well-organised; able to prioritise and use your initiative
23. Skilled in IT and confident in using management information systems
24. Caring, with a sense of humour
25. Committed to collaborative working and ongoing professional development
