At Green Sheep Group, we create award-winning baby brands that parents love and trust, Snüz and The Little Green Sheep.
We’ve been delivering sweet dreams in style since 2013. Built on the belief that parenting is made easier through a great night’s sleep, we create sleep-centred solutions with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and contemporary design.
Proudly loved by our parent and baby community and recognised by leading awards, it’s a great and exciting time to join the business as we place even more energy into our international expansion, bringing our beautifully designed and safe products to families around the world.
Amazon is a key growth channel for both brands, and we’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to own and grow our Amazon business across the UK, US, and future EU expansion, working across both Snuz and The Little Green Sheep.
This role blends commercial ownership, hands-on execution, and operational excellence. You’ll take full responsibility for the Amazon channel, driving profitable growth through best-in-class account management, content optimisation, advertising performance, and international expansion.

You’ll own the Amazon strategy and day-to-day execution across both brands, managing established UK accounts, scaling the US marketplace, and planning EU expansion. You’ll be accountable for performance, profitability, and long-term brand health, working closely with internal teams (product, supply chain, finance, creative) and external partners.
As the channel grows, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the future Amazon capability within the business.
