Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor
Location: Redcar
Salary: £48,987.12 per annum (£22.43 per hour + 2% shift allowance)
Working Pattern: 4 x 12-hour day shifts followed by 4 days off (07:00 – 19:00)

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join a high-performing engineering team within a large-scale industrial operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving plant reliability, maintaining operational uptime, and ensuring engineering standards are upheld across site.
The position plays a key role in leading day-to-day maintenance activity, supporting both reactive and planned engineering work, and fostering a proactive, safety-first engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate all engineering and maintenance activities across the site
2. Drive plant performance through effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
3. Lead engineering response during breakdowns, ensuring efficient fault diagnosis and resolution
4. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and in line with compliance standards
5. Identify recurring issues and implement long-term engineering and continuous improvement solutions
