Customer Team Member
Location: 156 Hall Street, Offerton, Stockport, SK1 4HR
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
* Support your store team to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant, keeping shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Engage with the local community through activities and events.
