As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This Nationwide courier specialising in the collection and delivery of Air Freight.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
* Plan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations
* Oversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheld
* Maintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff development
* Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant
* Attend meetings
* Drive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Undertake hands-on warehouse tasks when required
Required skills & experience
* Valid flexi bendi and counterbalance licence (Not essential training given)
* Knowledge of warehouse management system (Needs to be implemented)
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Salary upto 35,000 for the right person
