Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Central Home Counties, based at our Stanstead Court office. In this role, you will liaise with customers, partners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of customer service cases within SLA. Your responsibilities include addressing customer concerns received via telephone or email and coordinating contractors to resolve snagging or defects in our homes.
