Role: AI Lead

Salary: £100,000
Flexible working: 2/3 days a week in the office
A leading consultancy is looking for an AI Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects while building and leading a team from the ground up.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Experience with LLMs, generative AI models, and RAG pipelines.
* Frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
* Agentic AI, Langgraph, Crew AI, Autogen
* Python Development (Hands-on coding)
* Must have deployed AI applications on cloud. (Azure/GCP/AWS)
* Team Lead experience
* Insurance/Financial services experience would be advantageous
