They require an Executive Chef who has previously worked within a multi-faceted hotel and had a restaurant of a minimum 3 rosette level under their leadership. Our client is looking for a high-quality, well-rounded Executive Chef to lead the food operation. This role involves providing guidance, support, and inspiration to both the fine-dining Head Chef and the Banqueting Head Chef, ensuring that the hotel's food offering continues to evolve and excel. With that in mind, we are seeking a highly organised Executive Head Chef to lead and drive the business's growth across all back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on Executive Chef role. Highly organised Multi-rosette/Michelin background - MINIMUM 3 ROSETTE Expert knowledge of food safety, health and safety, HACCP and recipe costing Passion and drive Experience in events - cooking to volume
