Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 with overtime (1.5x rate). A guaranteed overtime option can increase your base salary to £44,385.
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays. Reference: 29840.
Role
Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role for a leading UK vehicle breakdown company, delivering a first-class service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Attend breakdowns with the breakdown team to diagnose issues and determine whether the vehicle can be repaired on-site or should be returned to the workshop.
* Identify problems and advise customers on the vehicle’s issues.
* Perform vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical work and diagnostics.
* Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements
* Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 may be considered with equivalent qualifications (City and Guilds, IMI or NVQ). Must be able to show qualifications.
* Minimum 3 years of experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
* Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
