About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based in Cullompton, with regular visits to our sites in Kingsbridge, Totnes, and Braunton, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults to minimise production downtime.
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
* Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.
Qualifications & Experience
* HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
* Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and automation.
* Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems is desirable.
* Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
