An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered general nurse with a Specialist Practitioner Qualification (SPQ) in District Nursing to join the community nursing team in the South Locality.
The successful candidate will be based in Kinross, Bridge of Earn, or Errol, and must be willing to travel across the locality as required to meet service needs.
The role involves working flexibly to lead the team in delivering safe, effective, patient-centered care between 8:30 am and 10 pm, over 7 days.
You will support the implementation of change and improvement within your team and assist in delivering the vision and values of PKHSCP and NHS Tayside.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multidisciplinary working and the ability to adapt and manage change within the service are essential.
Applicants must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and hold a Specialist Practice Qualification in District Nursing.
