Main Responsibilities:
As a Process Technologist Assistant in our Technical team your key responsibilities will be:
* Organising samples for customers and laboratory
* Cooking and organising taste panels
* Cooking validation
* Sample submission
* Creating QAS specifications (Good-bad examples, recipes…)
* Be actively involved in trial runs
* Organising product trials with Production Management
* Ordering ingredients for the product trials
* Organising courier
* Help to promote H & S culture on site

* Is process-driven and ensures accurate documentation
* Can analyse simple data effectively

* Offers practical support and takes a hands-on approach
* Is flexible and open to learning new things
Relevant food safety qualifications would be preferable but are not essential.
