This position is for someone who thrives in a sophisticated office and takes genuine pride in being the go:to person for everyone from high:net:worth individuals to internal Partners. You will be the first impression of the business, so we need someone who radiates polish, intelligence, and calm.

A Strong Academic Foundation: You are highly academically credentialed with a strong degree (or equivalent). You enjoy a fast:paced environment that keeps you on your toes.
Professional Pedigree: You have already cut your teeth in a high:stakes professional environment, think Legal, Finance, or Executive Search. You understand the etiquette and pace of these industries.
Tech:Fluent: You dont just know computers; you are the person people ask for help. You are an expert with MS Office and can pick up new systems and CRMs in an afternoon.
A Collaborative Mentality: While you will own the front:of:house, you arent afraid to help a Partner with a complex diary clash or jump in on a travel booking. No task is too big or too small.
A Typical Day
The Welcome: Hosting global clients and senior stakeholders with total grace.
The Hub: Managing the puzzle of busy meeting room schedules and ensuring the boardrooms are always investor ready.
The Support: Providing a high level of EA/Team Assistant support, think travel logistics, couriers, and keeping the office standards at a 5:star level.
The Vault: Handling sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
